imprecise terminology" relating to Islam in Tuesday night's State of the Union
address. His medical records will show that he
received legitimate medical treatment for legitimate medical reasons. This is evident in the 4-3 split decision of the
Florida Supreme Court, the 2-1 split decision of the Fourth District Court of
Appeal, and the amicus briefs filed in the case by the Florida Attorney
General, the American Civil Liberties Union, the Association of American
Physicians and Surgeons, the National Foundation for the Treatment of Pain and
the Florida Pain Initiative. 12
