newspaper advertisement. WASHINGTON, The Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration (SAMHSA) today announced an $11 million award to the
State of Florida to meet the needs of those suffering long-term trauma as the
result of the hurricanes of 2004.
The Florida Department of Children and Families submitted its application
for this current grant on March 22, 2005.
