college transition and first-year support services to help students develop

and registering for classes and campus services; adjusting to college life
through individual and group counseling; developing a long-term support
system, study and college survival skills; obtaining tutors for academic
assistance; and receiving supplemental financial assistance for books,

million people and provide blood products and services to more than 3 ,300
hospitals.
