for two-a-day practices and the upcoming football season, the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers, the National Football League (NFL), and The Gatorade Company will
educate more than 125 local high school football coaches on training
techniques and skills, as well as proper conditioning and nutrition.
While the event will cover a broad range of technique and skills
fundamentals , one of the most important topics that attendees will learn about
is how to protect their players from heat illness, especially critical during
grueling two-a-days which take place during the hottest days of summer. It merges the skills
of tennis, beach volleyball and badminton into one exciting sport. Using
regulation tennis rackets, two players on each team try to hit a tennis ball
back and forth, directly over the net, without letting it hit the sand.
